VANCEMITCHEM ADDS FRED MILLS TO GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS TEAM

Indiana government affairs veteran Fred Mills has joined VanceMitchem Public Affairs as a Senior Policy Analyst & Economic Development Advisor.

Mills, a former Vice President of External Affairs for Indianapolis Power & Light Company, has over 30 years of working experience in utilities policy, government affairs, and economic development.

Mills will assist the VanceMitchem team and its utilities clientele in front of the Indiana General Assembly.
